I was really hungry and ordered from Lieferando, when I got an angry reproachful call from the owner Niitakas in the form of a lecture about why I ordered there and not about the conditions of Lieferando via his website. Then he asked me to cancel it with Lieferando, but didn't have a number for me, so I searched and couldn't find a Lieferando hotline. So I called again, sorry. He wasn't thrilled at all, but I was so in the mood for sushi, so I told him I would think of it next time. As a result, my order was delayed by 25 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!! THE WORST: My food came and it was an absolute joke! I ordered sushi worth 35 € + tip and had almost no fish, tasted like nothing and super small !!!! NEVER AGAIN NIITAKA!
Top sushi at a great price. I've ordered here several times to be picked up. The sushi is fresh and delicious every time. The price is unbeatable and I was served more than friendly every time. Absolute recommendation.
For me, Niitaka Sushi used to be by far the best sushi shop in and around Pinnenerg. I can no longer share this view. A few weeks ago my friend and I ordered sushi via Lieferando. Then I received a call in which I had to justify myself in a very uncomfortable way in front of a gentleman (probably the GF Mr. Biorac) for why I was ordering via Lieferando and not via the website. He tried to urge me (at least it gave me the feeling) that I should call Lieferando and cancel the order in order to then place it again via the website. Especially in these times, I can absolutely understand that as a managing director / owner you don't like to pay deliveries to Lieferando. However, in my opinion, you should kindly point out to your customers that they can order via the website next time and not in a reprimanding and urgent way. When the sushi arrived, we quickly noticed that even this couldn't avert the bad feeling. The sushi consisted almost entirely of rice, vegetables and nori sheet. The salmon was just such a small scrap that it could have been left out entirely. For the price, not appropriate in my opinion. Nonetheless, we called back a few weeks later to see if it was possible to pick up just two servings of sushi rice. Already on the phone we got the feeling that they didn't want to sell us the rice. However, this was not stated which is why we blamed the rude service on the stress and drove to the store. When we arrived there, we were received very unfriendly at first. Then we had to justify what we wanted to do with the rice. The gentleman (probably again Mr. Biorac) then said that he does not approve of the fact that we now want to buy sushi rice from him and that the dish we wanted to cook is not made with sushi rice anyway (which is quite simply by the way with Korean Barbecue and just does not correspond to the truth, but is not at all his concern). The lady who also worked in the shop meanwhile went to the back because the gentleman even seemed uncomfortable to her. When it became too much reprimanding for us at some point, we wished a good evening and left the shop without the sushi rice. If we had been told by phone beforehand that the sushi rice is not sold separately, that would have been absolutely fine and understandable for us. We would not have set off specially and would not have been angry. To make matters worse, I received a ticket today for not even standing in front of the store for 5 minutes. Who is the alleged witness in the letter remains open, of course, I do not want to attach that to anyone, but underlines this bad experience again clearly. In my opinion, the saying "the customer is king" is absolutely incorrect for this shop and I will never order here again.

I had the sushi and unfortunately I have to say that I didn't like the sushi. Carelessly put together and much too small. The California Rolls are known to be so big that you can either bite off twice or not close your mouth. All varieties were the size of nigiris.

We were served instead of tuna in sushi, mackerel and canned tuna. Something does not work. Instead of prawns in sushi we had cheap surimi which is cheapest mixed fish waste. Once and never again.
Fast delivery, but very bland flavor. We ordered California Rolls with crab meat. We were supplied with Surimi. This is just a crab meat imitation. In our eyes, this borders on consumer delusion and does not work. We will not order here anymore.
Best Sushi in town !!! We have been regulars for 7 years because we are convinced by the quality and the price / performance ratio. Always fresh and tasty. It can not be better 😍
Very tasty, fresh sushi, value for money top. For years consistently good quality! If you want to have the sushi delivered, it is best to order directly through the website. With us there was never any problems, always flawless delivery within a reasonable time. The fact that someone writes a bad rating about Niitaka Sushi because of delivery problems when ordering via another website is incomprehensible. For the inconvenience and hungry "mouths" is not responsible in the case Niitaka. I can fully recommend Niitaka Sushi in any way! Absolute 5 stars! ☺
Polite staff, since 2011 regular and still extremely satisfied. A lot of sushi and everything is freshly made. The staff showed me the kitchen. They work. Very clean and hygienic.
Sushi tasted very good, everything was fresh. Nice communication with the owner. Some music could have been played in the restaurant.
Unfortunately my order via Pizza.de did not arrive, then the shop was closed and no one could be reached. What remains is a hungry family and sad faces. The money was reimbursed by Pizza.de, we would have preferred sushi. We will probably not order there again ☹️☹️☹️
Delicious! Even as a "Sushi beginner" I have been well advised and can only recommend it. The sushi is freshly made and the selection is very varied. I can only recommend it 👍
